We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery charges are based on the weight of your order and are shown at checkout before you pay.
Free tracked delivery on orders over 50 pounds. Pallet items over 30kg are charged at the pallet rates below, even when the rest of your order ships free.

Large deliveries
For pallet and heavy pallet deliveries we call you to book a suitable date and time before the item is sent. These deliveries are made to a ground floor entrance. Please let us know in advance if access is restricted, for example by narrow doorways, stairs or limited parking, so we can arrange the right vehicle and crew.
Delivery times
We aim to dispatch in stock items promptly once your order is confirmed. Tracked items are normally sent using a next working day courier service. Pallet and heavy pallet deliveries take longer to arrange because they are booked directly with you.
Checking your delivery
Please check goods as soon as they arrive. If anything is damaged or missing, contact us within 48 hours so we can put it right.
